West, developed by TheStudio LLC, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data. All photos and videos used in the app are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded or accessed by us. The app includes an optional feature that allows you to email debug logs to our support team; these logs may contain technical information useful for troubleshooting, but are only sent if you choose to do so. West includes an optional feedback feature powered by UserJot. If you choose to submit feedback, your submission is sent to UserJot's servers. No personal information is required to submit feedback. For analytics, West uses PostHog, RevenueCat, and Aptabase to track anonymous usage data such as app launches, in app purchases, and feature usage. This helps us improve the app without collecting any personally identifiable information. West includes an option to share content to Instagram Stories. When you choose to share, the content and West's Facebook App ID are passed to the Instagram app on your device using Instagram's official sharing mechanism. We do not transmit this data to Meta ourselves, but Meta may associate the shared content with your Instagram account under Meta's Privacy Policy. Sharing only occurs when you explicitly initiate it.
